FareShare Sussex is looking for an Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in our charity with a track record in leading an operational facility, relationship management and delivering measurable results.
Are you an exceptional manager, excited at the challenge of helping eradicate food poverty and leading FareShare Sussex into its next phase of development?
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be joining a dedicated team of 17 staff and 150 volunteers to help us achieve our mission of fighting hunger, tackling food waste and transforming lives through the redistribution of food.
You will combine an operational mindset with a strong motivation to manage and deliver a high level of service to our partners and beneficiaries. This varied and challenging role will enable you to develop your management capability, and your commitment to our vision will enable you to help us shape our future and ensure FareShare Sussex continues its growth and success.
