We are recruiting an Operations Manager for our newly formed Senior Management Team.

Are you an exceptional manager, excited at the challenge of helping eradicate food poverty and leading FareShare Sussex into its next phase of development?

FareShare Sussex is growing rapidly and is looking for an Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in the next stage of development, with a track record in leading an operational facility, relationship management and delivering measurable results.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you would be joining a dedicated and highly professional team of 12 staff and 150 volunteers to help us achieve our mission of fighting hunger, tackling food waste and transforming lives through the redistribution of food.

You will combine an operational mindset with a strong motivation to manage and deliver a high level of service to our partners and beneficiaries. This varied and challenging role will enable you to develop your management capability, and your commitment to our vision will enable you to help us shape our future and ensure FareShare Sussex continues its growth and success.
